This keto friendly soup helps replenish sodium lost during a low carb diet while providing enough fat and protein to keep you in ketosis.


  • Fat-Free Chicken Broth – 1 cup
  • Broccoli – 35 grams
  • Spinach – 25 grams
  • Egg Whites – 2 large
  • Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Black and Red Pepper – to taste


  1. Combine broth and olive oil a small pot on medium heat
  2. Add the spinach
  3. Finely chop the broccoli and add to the pot
  4. Once the soup is hot enough, drop the egg whites into the pot and let cook.
  5. Add pepper to taste.
