- Fat-Free Chicken Broth – 1 cup
- Broccoli – 35 grams
- Spinach – 25 grams
- Egg Whites – 2 large
- Olive Oil – 1 tbsp

Directions
- Combine broth and olive oil a small pot on medium heat
- Add the spinach
